To activate your account, start by clicking on the relevant booking
portal. It doesn’t really matter which booking portal or which camp site.
Click on the “Log In” button.
This should be located on the right hand side of the screen
just above first bookable item.
This
will bring up the Log in page. If you have previously setup an account enter
your credentials and click “Log In”, otherwise click on “Create an account”
You
will be required to enter you name, email address and password. Note that the
password will need to be a combination of random letters, numbers, and/or
symbols.
You
will be sent an email, which needs to be validated before you can log into the
system.
To log into your account, start by clicking on the relevant booking portal.
This
will bring up the Log in page. Enters your credentials and click “Log In”,
You will
know you have been successfully logged in, because your name will appear at the
top of the booking page
To
access the account information, after logging in click on your name
You should get a prompt, as below
To
modify a booking, i.e. update your booking numbers add or remove items from
your booking, fist click on the respective booking number
Then
click on the “Edit this booking” link
You
will have the option to add additional items
Like
any conventional booking, and as many items as you would like
