Closure of a Project

Closure of a Project

A project that is to be closed will via the Project Manager finalise all activities of the project and obtain sign-off of deliverables from the sponsor.

The Project Manager will then advise the PMO of the proposed closure.

The PMO at its monthly review meeting will review the recommendation and confirm the closure should it be accepted. The Project Manager and Sponsor will be notified upon closure.
