How to Apply for Queensland Government Active Clubs Grants

Contact the Grants Officer to register your Formation to apply or to reset your password.

Grant Application Process

      1.       To start the application click apply now from the Sport and Rec Portal
      2.       Login or contact the Grants Officer to set up a login. DO NOT enter your Organisation details – Scouts QLD has already done this for you.
      3.       View Available Rounds - Select – Active Clubs R3 (2023)
     4.       Select – Begin Application – click ‘OK’ (There are other Scouts QLD applications, and you want to apply also)
     5.       Complete the following information using drop down options where possible:






     6.        Also complete all other sections including section 6. Do not add your own bank statement.
     7.       Once your application has been started and these sections completed. Please download a PDF of your application and save and exit.
     8.       DO NOT submit your application please.
     9.       Email the Grants Officer to review your application - grants@scoutsqld.com.au
     10.     The Grants officer will upload the required bank statement for you and submit the application on your behalf.
     11.     You will be advised once this process is completed.
     12.     As per the Grants Application Process, all applications need to be approved by your Region Commissioner. All Region Commissioners are aware of this process grant and will advise the group and Grants Officer if your group is not eligible to apply. If you are in doubt, please contact your Region Commissioner.
