Integration of standalone Operoo accounts into the main Scouts QLD account

This article applies only to Scout Groups that have created an Operoo (or formerly a CareMonkey) account outside the main corporate Scouts QLD account and are preparing for the migration

The migration of a standalone Operoo account requires that the Members have a Profile ID recorded. If the profiles have the same ID that is in SMS then when the Group is migrated and when the sync gets set up for those Groups (after the merge) it will look for Members with the corresponding IDs. If the IDs match it will sync seamlessly.

There are two ways to review the Members and their Profile ID.

Open each Member individually

Opening each profile will show their ID. For any Members missing this information click on the Edit Member menu item and input the Member number into the Profile ID field.

Export Profile report

The 'Export Profiles' report will display all profile information including their ID's.

Open the Reports menu and on the left hand side there is an Export Profiles report.

Generating this report will export to a file a list of all Members within the Group. The first column is the Profile ID.

For any Members missing this information click on the Edit Member menu item and input the Member number into the Profile ID field.
