Project Managers shall submit a regular status report covering:
- Deliverables made or milestones achieved in the past month,
- Status of work against future deliverables and milestones due within the next period,
- Commentary regarding the expenditure versus budget and forecast expenditure for the next three months (forecasting is required to enable cashflow planning to occur),
- Any risks or issues that need Sponsor or Steering Committee involvement to assist in mitigation.
