Reporting

Reporting

Project Managers shall submit a regular status report covering:

  • Deliverables made or milestones achieved in the past month,
  • Status of work against future deliverables and milestones due within the next period,
  • Commentary regarding the expenditure versus budget and forecast expenditure for the next three months (forecasting is required to enable cashflow planning to occur),
  • Any risks or issues that need Sponsor or Steering Committee involvement to assist in mitigation.

Report progress against project deliverable and milestone outcomes. Project Status report requests are submitted via a Microsoft Forms form which is sent to the Project Manager monthly. A copy of the submission is automatically sent via email to the Project Manager upon submission.
