To help provide clarity about how Adult Leaders and Rover Scouts complete their Wood Badge Training Pathway documented training pathways have been created.

Completion of this Training Program provides leaders with the foundational skills to support the delivery of the Youth Program, mentor Youth Members and be active members within the Scouting and Local community.
