Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for SMS
Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for SMS works via email using your Scouts Queensland email account provided via Microsoft Office 365 to all Leaders and Adult members.
When sign into SMS with your member number and password, you will be take to the following 2FA screen, an email will automatically be generated and sent to your scoutsqld.com.au email address.
The subject of the email will be: [Scouts Management System] Two Factor Authentication Code
If you do not have access to your Scouts Queensland email, please contact techsupport@scoutsqld.com.au for assistance
Enter the code from the email into the 6-digit code box then click confirm to continue.
NOTE the code from your email is valid for 5 minutes, if you exceed this time period, you will need to restart the sign in process and receive a new code.
