When you login, at the right hand side of the screen is a question mark.  If you click on this question mark you can type a question or word eg invoice reminders, and this will take you a screen telling you about invoice reminders.  This is a very useful resource  and if you cannot find what you need to resolve an issue, you can contact Xero Support.  You can get more information about the Xero Support by clicking the link Get help from Xero support
