"You do not have permission to perform that function" when trying to run a report
The error below will appear when trying to access reports menu in a way not intended such as using the Edit button

instead of expanding the menu using the + / - on the menu structure.
If you do not have permission to access a particular report, it will not show in the menu at all. If you can see a report then it is available for you to use.
To access and generate reports
- Expand the Reports menu using then + / - options

- Expand the sub menu using the same + / - options

- A list of the available reports will appear
- Click on the name of the report in the main menu navigation panel

- The example below shows what would happen if you had selected the Formation Listing report

- The working panel will change to show the appropriate report options. The Formation Listing report example requests you to select the Formation that you wish to produce the report for.
