Sub-groups

Sub-groups

An Administrator can create sub-groups within their formation for any number of purposes. For example, they may wish to create a sub-group for a particular sub-set of adults such as “Adult Helpers” or “Committee members”. To create a sub-group click on the “Add” button in the Groups section in the bottom left corner of the screen. To move someone into a sub-group, drag-and-drop their profile onto the sub-group. To move multiple people, click on the selected profiles to highlight them all then drag-and-drop any one of the highlighted profiles onto the sub-group, the others will all be moved as well. Sub-groups created by the Administrator will not be affected by the nightly data integration with SMS.
