Requesting Elevated Access

To request elevated access, please complete the below linked Microsoft Form. You will need to login with your ScoutsQLD Email Address, and know the email address of the Leader involved in your event to grant you access to the system.

Access Levels

The Activity Management System (AMS) is broken up into Security Levels, which determine how much information you can see, and Permissions, which are various functions or elements of the system.

Line Leader
Will grant access to view all applications belonging to the same Event Unit as you.
Sub Camp Staff
Will grant access to view all applications belonging to the same Subcamp as you.
Event Organiser
Will grant access to view all applications belonging to the specific event.
Formation/District/Region Leader
Will grant access to view all applications belonging to your Formation/District/Region.
Info
In an event specific context, this would be a Scout Leader having access to view all registrations from their Scout Group at LEAP.
Info
In a global context, this would be a District Commissioner having access to view all registrations in their District to all Events.
State Administrator
Will grant access to view all applications from your State/Contingent.

Permissions

Email
Access to Email Centre to send bulk emails out to applicants.
Teams
Access to view list of Registered Teams (based on your Security Level)
Signatures
Ability to review Event Consent Signatures and clear them requiring re-completion, or completion on behalf of participants.
Medical
Visibility of the medical information submitted by applicants for an event.
Photo ResizeAccess to review and approve/reject or resize ID Photos.
Ability to update in bulk applicants Status or Unit Allocation.
Report Manager
Ability to Add/Edit Custom Reports
