Job Preferences

Job Preferences

The Activity Management System allows events to specify Jobs that are available at the event to support organisers identifying suitable Staff to help in various teams. This function is available with a default list of Jobs for every event, however it can be customised to suit your specific situation; such as Gang Shows and Revue's including Theatre specific roles.

It also allows you to customise the options for a specific Role type; for example, your event might have Scouts in attendance as Junior Service Leaders, however they won't be permitted in specific roles such as Welfare or Security. In this situation, we can specify that these two roles are only visible to SR, L, and A. Another example would be Unit Leader as a role is only visible to those who apply as a Leader and no one else.

The table below details all the Roles and their respective code's used for Job Preferences. These codes can also be used to filter to a specific Role.
