The email or username section should fill in automatically. If it does not, enter your member number address.

You will now be given two options to authenticate. If you select Approve a notification on my authenticator app and click Send Notification you will be shown a number.
When you receive the notification on your phone, open the authenticator app and enter the number when prompted.

If you select "Enter a code from my authenticator app" you will see a text box that says, "Enter your verification code".
In the authenticator app on your smart device, tap the Scouts Queensland account with your member number address and you will be shown a One-Time password code.
Enter that code into the text box on your computer.
